A very special project are the shower bikes we developed for KARUNA heat help. They contain 100l fresh water so the homeless in Berlin can cool down during summer. Used water is collected in a 100l grey water tank.

The shower stalls can be lowered for transport and are extended to full height at the destination. Water can be added and removed easily so many showers can be provided per day.

A transparent roof and an intelligently arranged interior secure a pleasant shower experience. The bikes were developed by initiative of the KARUNA Sozialgenossenschaft in cooperation with the Berlin water works, supported by funds provided by the LOTTO foundation Berlin.
